RELEVANT RESIDENTIAL TRIBUNAL CASES
The first case that produced a country wide response was that of Mr and Mrs Evans v London Borough of Camden in the London Residential Tribunal. An appeal against an improvement notice.
The notice was served by Camden following a report by me John Pullen. It is not here because I carried out the inspection but because it has caused problems for Councils across the country, indeed Bristol fell foul of section 239 recently in relation to a prohibition order.
